Lazy Day at Camp

Colorful Campground Clogs and PJs

We have moved on to the Black Hills of South Dakota on its western border with Wyoming. Hots Springs SD will be another adventure for tomorrow after we rest up and do some essential chores. Laundry and grocery shopping later today but for now, coffee on a cool morning with the fire pit as our footstool. Looking forward to Moccasin Springs Spa and a visit to Mammoth Site before we leave the area. We are situated at a lovely campground on Angostura Lake. Miles of sandy shore to walk and maybe dip our toes in the water. Last night’s sunset was golden!

    1. We do! The camp site descriptions were very accurate. Lots of shade overhead. Closest neighbor is 60 feet away. Nicely level and hard packed gravel pad that slopes gently away from the center to drain if it rains. I wish we had reserved for a couple weeks.
