Hannibal Missouri

The hometown of Samuel Clemmons, also know as Mark Twain. A most charming and colorful riverfront town. We enjoyed an al fresco lunch at Finn’s Bar and Grill. The sunshine on a cool fall day was glorious! Then we strolled around town window shopping and seeing Twain’s childhood home and street where he lived. The link at the end will tell you something of his life as a child, young man, riverboat pilot, author and humorist.

    1. We steer clear of large cities. Who needs all that traffic, construction and noise? These small and harming towns please us. Love strolling and snapping pictures and collecting memories

      1. Yes! By the way, I have finally learned about “notify me of new comments” via email. For the longest time, I did not check this box. 🙂
