Old Mission General Store ğŸ¥™

Huge veggie sandwiches on freshly baked bread. Dried cherries added a sweet touch. Kaitlyn enjoyed her pizza too! This store has been in this location for 163 years. The man and wife team who run the place are quite the characters. We got a history lesson along with the fine fare. Henry Ford paid for an addition to the store with the provision that it was used as a early Red Crown Gas station. They plan to install the old pump and top it with the glass red crown on view in the store.

That’s his ” yummy” face

An original glass crown that topped the pump
