Loaded Sweet Potato 🧡

Sweet potato lovers need this to start their day off right. Bake, microwave or instapot a sweet potato, cut in half and mash a bit with a tablespoon of peanut butter. Top with chopped nuts, craisins or raisins, cinnamon, chia seeds, any fresh fruit chopped and a little honey or maple syrup. Be creative! Something different for breakfast or brunch.
