Corps of Engineers Trail

We are following Army Corps of Engineers campgrounds all the way back to North Carolina. 200 miles travel, then 3 days at camp at each site as we meander along rivers through ND, SD NE, KS, OK, MO and KY. Army Corps parks are always near water and nearly always perfect for our tastes. You don’t have to be military or ex military. These parks are available to all. Our National Parks Pass gets us half off our fees so only $8-10 per night to camp at really nice places. Our camp is right on the water, cool breeze, lots of migrating Canadian Geese, cicadas singing and so much room!
